Their magnetic locators are available in two different models, the ML-1M and the ML-1. Both models operate identically with the same controls except for the addition of an LCD meter available on the ML-1M. The LCD meter displays visual signal strength, polarity indication, gain setting plus a battery life display. ML-1 has as auditable alarm only.
The ML series locators are sturdy and lightweight. Weighing only 2 pounds, they are easy to operate with just one hand. It works on two 9-volts batteries. Both models feature switches for adjustments. A bag and hard case are included. As said earlier it comes with a lifetime warranty.
